        🔹 Minimum Age: 10 years old for beginners, 12+ for certified divers.
        🔹 Health Conditions: Not suitable for those with respiratory, heart, or back problems.
        🔹 Diving Certification: Certified divers must bring their PADI/SSI license.
        🔹 Flying After Diving: Wait at least 12-18 hours before taking a flight after diving.
        🔹 No Alcohol Before Diving: Consumption of alcohol before diving is strictly prohibited.
